Call Center Representative/Customer Service

The Nichols Group P.A. offers a variety of services for your Call Center Representative needs. Services can be contracted on an annual, quarterly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis. Among the services we offer include:

  • Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
  • Bookkeeping check-ups, where we come to your office and look over the accounting records
  • Help you hire, retain and train your bookkeeper
  • QuickBooks and Peachtree support
  • Remote access and e-mail support
  • Maintain employee earnings records and/or process payroll
  • Prepare quarterly payroll tax returns
  • Prepare W-2’s and 1099’s at year-end

Summary Description

  • Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding web support for client related issues
  • Use internal knowledge base to reach a resolution
  • Document customer issues and disposition resolution

Responsibilities

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to policy

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma
  • 1-3 months experience working in a call center

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
